NEW DELHI—Edelman has welcomed back veteran Bhavna Jagtiani, as director of its western region, and added Bonny Lawrie from Edelman Middle East in the newly created role of deputy general manager of the Delhi NCR office. Jagtiani returns to Edelman India after two years in the Edelman Hong Kong office, where she co-led the consumer practice. She will be responsible for offices in Mumbai, Pune and Ahmedabad. Lawrie will lead clients including Microsoft and Shell.

SYDNEY—Sefiani Communications Group has created two new senior roles: Francesca Boase has been named general manager of Sefiani and Evan Petrelis has been appointed director, client services & agency development for the group, which also includes consumer and challenger brand agency Kite Communications. Both new roles report to founder and group managing director Robyn Sefiani.

BEIJING—Ogilvy Public Relations has been selected as official PR partner for the World Economic Forum for its eighth annual meeting of the new champions, which will take place in Tianjin this month. The meeting, known as the “summer Davos” will focus on “Creating Value Through Innovation.” Ogilvy will continue to provide on-site meeting management and strategic counsel in both traditional and new media.
