SHANGHAI—Former Publicis Digital Asia-Pacific MD David Hunt will take on the role of MD of WE Communications China operations, reporting to Asia-Pacific EVP Matthew Lackie. In addition, the firm has hired Miranda Cai from FleishmanHillard as MD of its Shanghai operations.

SHANGHAI—FleishmanHillard has appointed Suki Zhao as vice president and head of the brand/lifestyle team in Shanghai. Most recently at Hill & Knowlton Strategies, Zhao’s client portfolio has included Tourism New Zealand, Air New Zealand, Costa Cruises, InterContinental Hotels Group, Burberry, JP Morgan and HSBC. Meanwhile, Miranda Cai, FleishmanHillard Shanghai’s general manager, is leaving to pursue other opportunities and Lichi Hsueh, FleishmanHillard’s managing director, client service, in China, will assume responsibility for heading the Shanghai office.

NEW DELHI—Zeno Group has hired Ranjeev Vij as the head of digital innovation and strategy for its India business. Vij will report to Zeno India's managing director Papri Dev and support John Kerr, Zeno’s chief digital officer & MD Asia-Pacific. He joins from Cognizant Technology Solution in the UK, where he had set up the company’s digital marketing services practice. Earlier, he was part of BBDO India startup leadership team and also helped set up Proximity India.

SHANGHAI—Ogilvy Public Relations Shanghai has added Samuel Leung as director of interactive integration. Leung will lead the assimilation within Ogilvy PR of all of Ogilvy & Mather's marketing and digital communications offerings, in order to provide clients with a truly 360-degree integrated marketing solution. He began his career as an art director at DraftFCB and was previously the director of the digital team at Edelman.

HONG KONG—Reuter Communications has further strengthened its presence in Greater China by appointing former Bottega Veneta Asia Pacific head of communications, Lillian Lim-Hossack, to head its new Hong Kong office.

HONG KONG—Ryan Communication has appointed Nora Schlenzig as head of research and Yuri van der Leest as head of content. Van der Leest joins Ryan from Manulife Asset Management, where he was director and senior investment writer in the Hong Kong office. Prior to this he worked with major sell-side institutions, including RBS, CIMB, Woori Securities and Samsung Securities. Schlenzig joins Ryan from the University of Hong Kong's Department of Politics & Public Administration.
