Atlanta's Freebairn Merges with Local Tech PR Firm

Integrated marketing communications firm Freebairn & Co. has merged with Dod/Pritchard Communications, a business-to-business and technology-focused public relations and marketing communications firm.

ATLANTA—Integrated marketing communications firm Freebairn & Co. has merged with Dod/Pritchard Communications, a business-to-business and technology-focused public relations and marketing communications firm.

Dod/Pritchard co-founder Andrew Dod and the agency’s professional staff will join Freebairn. Co-founder Bob Pritchard will serve as a consultant to Freebairn.

Says John Freebairn, “This arrangement represents a win for both agencies, as well as for the clients we represent. Over a period of time, we recognized the complementary fit between our two agencies and the services we offer. Freebairn provides full-service, integrated marketing with strengths in consumer and business-to-business segments, while Dod/Pritchard will enhance our public relations and marketing communications capabilities in several technology sectors.”

Freebairn & Co., formed in 1980, has a staff of more than 35 professionals and billings in excess of $30 million. Services include marketing, advertising, media, public relations, interactive communications and promotions and clients include Georgia Lighting, Johnson Outdoors, Stoneville, and  Suzuki.
