Automotive Veteran Vines Joins Food Charity

Automotive public relations veteran Jason Vines, former vice president of communications at Chrysler, Ford and Nissan, has joined Forgotten Harvest, metro Detroit's only mobile food rescue organization, in the newly created position of senior advancement director.

OAK PARK, MI— Automotive public relations veteran Jason Vines, former vice president of communications at Chrysler, Ford and Nissan, has joined Forgotten Harvest, metro Detroit's only mobile food rescue organization, in the newly created position of senior advancement director. Vines will direct Forgotten Harvest's development and communications activities.

 

Vines has a history with the organization, having served on the board of directors for the past four years. He has resigned from the board to take up his new position and will report to Forgotten Harvest executive director Susan Ellis Goodell.

 

Vines was most recently the former senior vice president of marketing and communications for Compuware Corporation. Earlier, he served as the vice president of communications for Chrysler, Ford Motor Company and Nissan North America.
