ROCHESTER, NY—Bausch + Lomb, the global eye health company, has appointed Jane Mazur as vice president, public relations, for its global and North American vision care business. Prior to joining Bausch + Lomb, Mazur was executive vice president and director of national media, for Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide.
Mazur has more than 20 years of experience in media relations, consumer marketing, events and integrated promotions. While with Ogilvy she guided a team of media specialists and was responsible for creating and executing media strategies for a number of well-known corporate and healthcare clients including Ford, Unilever, Bayer, Johnson & Johnson, Quaker/Tropicana, National Heart Lung & Blood Institute, LG Electronics, Pfizer and Intel.
Prior to joining Ogilvy, Mazur held positions at Edelman Public Relations, The Walt Disney Company and Gangwisch & Associates.
