Bearing Point Adds Brace of IR Executives

BearingPoint, the management and technology consulting firm, has named James Hart, formerly director of investor relations at AT&T, as director of investor relations, responsible for all North American shareholder and financial analyst communications.

MCLEAN, VA—BearingPoint, the management and technology consulting firm, has named James Hart, formerly director of investor relations at AT&T, as director of investor relations, responsible for all North American shareholder and financial analyst communications. Deborah Mandeville, BearingPoint’s director of investor relations since 2001, takes on a new role in the company’s financial planning and analysis department.

In addition, Francesca Luthi, most recently director of investor relations at Accenture, has joined BearingPoint to be in charge of global investor relations and communications as well as industry analyst relations in the Europe, Middle East and Asia regions.

Hart will be based in the company’s Warren, N.J., office, which will become the new headquarters of BearingPoint’s investor relations operation. Luthi will be based in London. Both executives will report to Connie Weaver, who as executive vice president and chief marketing officer of BearingPoint continues to lead the company’s global IR practice.

Hart spent the last nine years at AT&T, most recently as a member of the AT&T and SBC merger integration team.
