LOS ANGELES—Zachary Rosenfield has joined Fifteen Minutes PR—the public relations firm led by former Bragman Nyman Cafarelli chief executive Howard Bragman—as the head of its entertainment division.  In his new capacity, Rosenfield will be working on corporate entertainment clients, producers, personalities and consumer product/entertainment crossover.
