LONDON—Former Brands2Life director Gareth Thomas has launched his own agency, Capella, offering integrated PR and digital services to business-to-business and consumer brands.

The new agency is based in Battersea, London, and will work with both established and challenger brands from the technology, internet, entertainment and media sectors.

Thomas spent 10 years as head of digital at Brands2Life, where clients included Google, match.com, Sony Europe and VMware. He says digital will be at the heart of the new firm’s work.

It launches with four staff, including senior account director Nia Evans, most recently European communications manager at online ticketing exchange viagogo. Earlier, she worked at Porter Novelli and Threepipe on brands including Vodafone, Betfair, HP and Legoland Windsor.
