BOSTON—Brodeur has expanded its operations in India, joining forces with the Indian PR operations of its Omnicom sister advertising agency TBWA, giving it immediate access to resources in six Indian cities. The move will provide a springboard for Brodeur’s expansion in the sub-continent.

The new Brodeur India, with offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune and Coimbatore, joins 11 other offices across the Asia Pacific region and more than 70 additional Brodeur | Pleon offices worldwide.

Says Brodeur CEO Andrea Coville: “Until now we have been represented by excellent agencies in India, but as our clients are shifting to take advantage of a global business environment, we wanted to make sure that they could count on a partner with an active and strong presence in India. The TBWA/India PR operations were an ideal solution.”

Dhrubajyoti Gayan, vice president of TBWA PR in India, has been appointed as the country head of Brodeur India and is moving to the company’s Delhi office from Mumbai.

“This will give us access to an extensive repository of knowledge, experience and global best practices, as also a network across continents,” says Gayan. “We expect this to help us bring in even more value for our clients and also to meet the ambitious growth targets we have set for ourselves.”
