Brophy Named Head of Communications at Midwest Airlines

Midwest Airlines has named Michael Brophy as vice president of corporate communications. In his new role, Brophy will oversee the company’s corporate communications, including media relations, news and financial communications.

MILWAUKEE—Midwest Airlines has named Michael Brophy as vice president of corporate communications. In his new role, Brophy will oversee the company’s corporate communications, including media relations, news and financial communications, employee communications, public affairs, and crisis management communications. He will also be responsible for the airline’s community relations efforts.

Brophy currently serves as communications director for Aurora Health Care’s Milwaukee Metro and Kettle Moraine regions. Prior to joining Aurora in 2005, he spent 13 years with Miller Brewing Company in positions including director of corporate communications, director of regional state affairs and director of public affairs.
