DENVER, February 28—BRW LeGrand, a Denver-based public relations firm, has hired national security analyst and technology industry veteran, David Beachley. According to agency president DeeDee LeGrand, Beachley’s experience in national security affairs will add a new level of government knowledge to BRW LeGrand’s corporate, life sciences and technology practice areas.

Beachley’s experience includes more than 20 years as an analyst with Science Applications International Corporation, the nation’s largest privately owned high-technology company, where he conducted long-range strategic research and analysis for the Department of Defense and other executive branch agencies.

“With his high technology background from SAIC, Dave has made a nearly seamless transition onto our life sciences team and in supporting our business-first philosophy,” says LeGrand. “Coming from a great technology background is a plus for us. In addition to applying his competitive intelligence instincts to the fast-growing life sciences sector, there is increasing demand for Dave’s analytic thinking in the security policy and systems arena of our technology practice.”
