NEW YORK—Burson-Marsteller’s brand marketing practice has added three new clients: Celestial Seasonings, Herdez, and Wheat Foods Council.

Celestial Seasonings, the nation’s largest specialty tea distributor, chose Burson-Marsteller to develop and execute a public relations campaign to promote and highlight the overall experience, taste and wellness properties of drinking tea. BM was chosen because of its proven expertise in food, nutrition and brand communications coupled with successful media outreach programming.

Herdez, a brand of authentic Mexican salsas and chilies, has selected Burson-Marsteller to handle Hispanic and mainstream consumer media relations, community outreach and event marketing in the U.S.

The Wheat Foods Council selected Burson-Marsteller as its public relations agency based on its proven track record in successfully translating complex nutritional information into consumer-friendly language. The Wheat Foods Council is a national nonprofit organization formed to help increase public awareness that wheat and grain foods are essential components of a healthy diet.

Burson-Marsteller will handle ongoing public relations and nutrition communications programs and will leverage relationships with influential food industry figures to help elevate consumption and positively impact the public’s perception of whole wheat and grain foods.
