MONTREAL—Canadian public relations giant National Public Relations has appointed Ralph Sutton as international managing partner. Previously managing partner of the firm's London office, Sutton will oversee operations in London and New York, and will work with the rest of the National network to build business internationally.

At the same time, National has named Miranda Dini as managing partner of its London office, which operates as Axon Communications and specializes in healthcare communications, providing public relations, medical communications and clinical trial support services.

Sutton joined National in 2003 to establish the London office and in 2009 he oversaw the opening of an Axon office in New York.
