Capital MS&L Opens Middle East Office

Capital MS&L, the international financial communications unit of Manning Selvage & Lee, with offices in London and New York, has launched a specialist financial corporate public relations and investor relations consultancy in the Middle East.

DUBAI—Capital MS&L, the international financial communications unit of Manning Selvage & Lee, with offices in London and New York, has launched a specialist financial corporate public relations and investor relations consultancy in the Middle East.

The Dubai office will provide on-the-ground support to regional and international financial services companies, as well as providing investor relations and transaction PR support on capital markets transactions.

The regional business will be headed by Neil Doyle who is named managingdirector of Middle East and North Africa for Capital, with a team based in the offices of MS&L. According to Doyle, “The Middle East is a dynamic region which is seeing increasing demand for the services of international financial communications specialists, both in the booming financial services sector and in international share offers and M&A transactions coming from the Middle East.”

Capital has been operating in the region since 2003 and has worked with a range of companies including the Dubai International Financial Centre, Istithmar, Investcom, Telecom Egypt and Bank of New York. The firm has worked on several high profile deals including the privatization of Saudi Telecom Company and the IPO of Investcom.
