CarryOn to Handle National PR for New Balance

Athletic footwear company New Balance has has chosen CarryOn Communications as its public relations partner. The New Balance account will be led out of the firm’s New York office, and the company will work with a number of CarryOn’s offices around the country.

BOSTON—Athletic footwear company New Balance has has chosen CarryOn Communications as its public relations partner. The New Balance account will be led out of the firm’s New York office, and the company will work with a number of CarryOn’s offices around the country.

 

CarryOn will assist New Balance with its global brand platform campaign while incumbent PR agency partners Regan Communications and Dan Klores Associates will continue to service the company’s New England-regional community relations and national consumer/product placement needs respectively.

 

According to Amy Vreeland, New Balance corporate communications manager: “CarryOn Communications demonstrated superior creativity, strategy and chemistry at every stage of the review.”

 

Other agencies in the finals included: Bratskeir & Company, CKPR and M. Booth & Associates. Dan Orsborn, senior partner with SelectResources International, managed the search.
