Chinese Olympic Sponsor Taps Ruder Finn

Ruder Finn China has been named public relations agency for Li Ning Company, the leading Chinese sports brand. The agency will coordinate public relations activities for Li Ning to strengthen the brand image and corporate reputation of the company.

BEIJING—Ruder Finn China has been named public relations agency for Li Ning Company, the leading Chinese sports brand. The agency will coordinate public relations activities for Li Ning to strengthen the brand image and corporate reputation of the company to support its business objectives.

As the official sponsor of four Chinese Olympic teams, Li Ning will work in partnership with Ruder Finn China to design and implement its Olympic strategy.

“Ruder Finn had to undergo two rounds of selection and proved at each stage that it had a clear and strong understanding of both our needs and our objectives,” said Abel Wu, vice president of Li Ning brand marketing and international business.
