MUNICH—Corporate and financial communications consultancy CNC (Communications & Network Consulting) has continued its international expansion, signing a cooperation agreement with Gaspar & Associados Comunicação Empresarial from Sao Paolo, Brazil.

The cooperation agreement means that CNC is now professionally represented at local level in all BRIC member states, in addition to Europe, Asia and North America.

G&A was founded in Sao Paolo in 1990 and currently employs around 35 communications consultants. Like CNC, the company also follows an integrated consulting approach for its clients. Its focus is on financial and corporate communications, media relations, audit and social media as well as reputation management.

“The cooperation with CNC will also make it possible for us to offer professional advice to our clients on all aspects of communications in Europe, while at the same time we are the right contact for European companies for communications consultancy in South America. This cooperation agreement means cross-border consultancy at the highest level,” said Agostinho Gaspar, CEO and founding partner of G&A
