LONDON--Cohn & Wolfe has named Rebecca Grant as MD of its UK and EMEA consumer practice. Grant arrives from Weber Shandwick, where she was director and head of the European brands practice.

At Cohn & Wolfe, Grant will reunite with Scott Wilson, who departed Weber Shandwick last year to become UK CEO and EMEA MD at the WPP agency.

“Rebecca is a creative talent with a track record for delivering award-winning programmes for some of the world’s largest brands and I have no doubt that she is going to be a huge asset to the firm,” said Cohn & Wolfe global CEO Donna Imperato (pictured).

“These are exciting times for Cohn & Wolfe in the UK and Europe and Rebecca’s arrival will only further cement our reputation as an agency capable of delivering the best and boldest thinking.”

Grant spent five and half years at Weber Shandwick, overseeing client programmes for Samsung, Microsoft, Harley Davidson, MasterCard and P&G. She also led the integrated team that handled EDF Energy’s high-profile campaigns in the UK.

Before joining Weber Shandwick, Grant worked at Red Consultancy.
