LONDON—College Hill, the U.K.-based financial communications specialist that over the past couple of years has been expanding both its range of services and its geographic reach, has invested in Communiqué, a public affairs consultancy known for its work in community and stakeholder consultation and local authority relations. Communiqué will work alongside College Hill’s existing public affairs group, College Public Policy, under the leadership of Warwick Smith.

“Communiqué has a particular strength in local politics and engagement that will complement the needs of both our national and international clients,” says Smith. “They have built a strong team and excellent client relationships.”

Established for more than 20 years and based in Westminster, Communiqué is retained by clients in the private and public sector, many of them in the planning, property development, transport and construction sectors.

Managing director Richard Sutcliffe-Smith says joining the growing College Hill Group will be particularly beneficial to clients: “This move delivers our clients access to a larger public policy team with excellent credentials as well as to the full range of College Hill’s wider skills set, which will extend the breadth of service we can offer.”
