NEW YORK—Four new clients have selected Connors Communications, a consumer and technology public relations firm that rose to prominence in the dot-com era. XOsoft and Picasa have named Connors as agency of record: the Smithsonian Center for Education & Museum Studies tapped the firm for a traditional and online marketing project: and Homestead Studio Suites Hotels is working with Connors for online marketing.

“XOsoft is partnering with Connors because of its emphasis on strategically positioning companies for the right kind of exposure in the market,” said Gil Rapaport, vice president of marketing.  “Its strong media and analyst relationships, combined with commitment to the real sales goal successes of their clients, were important values we looked for when choosing a public relations agency.”

Agency president Connie Connors says the wins underscore the value of offering both traditional public relations and “our holistic approach to online marketing. We’ve never wavered from our focus in emerging and innovative technologies and the real use of the Internet as a PR medium. It is especially rewarding to work with companies across the breadth of our core offering, and as a team, Connors has never been so strong and so committed to the quality of our services and most importantly, the successful results for our clients.”
