LONDON, May 3—Cordiant, the British advertising agency holding company that owns Financial Dynamics in London and Morgen-Walke Associates in New York, has acquired Bulletin International, a firm that has offices in both markets—as well as Hong Kong and Singapore—and specializes in helping clients promote their brands in broadcast media, including television and the Internet. The acquisition is for an initial consideration of £2.9 million, with a final price of up to £8.5 million.

Bulletin, which will become part of Cordiant’s Business Communications International network, provides strategic counsel, media relations, media training, editorial media planning, and production services to clients including Rolls Royce, BMW, Michelin, Motorola, Philips, Shell International and various government agencies.
According to Cordiant CEO Michael Bungey, the acquisition meets Cordiant’s strategic priorities of building its business in high growth-marketing sectors, and strengthening its leadership position in business communications.
