New people in new roles at American Water Works, Outrigger Enterprises, C Spire.

VOORHEES, NJ—American Water Works Company, a publicly-traded US water utility company, has named Loyd “Aldie” Warnock as its senior vice president of external affairs, communications and public policy, reporting to the president and chief executive officer. Warnock currently serves as the senior vice president of external affairs at the Midwest Independent System Operator and before that was vice president of external affairs for Allegheny Energy.

HONOLULU—Leisure and hospitality company Outrigger Enterprises Group has promoted Kathy Hansberry to promotions and public relations manager. She will manage the company's corporate sponsorships and other event marketing promotions working i with the director of public relations, sales and marketing, hotel operations, corporate partners and event planners. Hansberry joined Outrigger in 2005 as public relations coordinator.

RIDGELAND, MS—C Spire, a leading privately held wireless communications company, has promoted Scott Parenteau to public relations manager. Parenteau began his career with C Spire in 2009 in retail sales and has held the positions of public relations specialist and corporate communications planner.
