New people in new roles at Simon Property Group, Access Group, and Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.

INDIANAPOLIS—Simon Property Group, a leading retail real estate company, has named Liz Zale as senior vice president in a newly-created role overseeing corporate affairs and communications. Zale's responsibilities will include supervision of SPG's investor relations, public relations, corporate communications, and government relations functions. Zale served as senior vice president of investor relations for Nielsen Holdings and before that led investor relations at Moody's Corporation.

WEST CHESTER, PA—Access Group, a nonprofit membership organization representing US law schools, has named Kathleen Smith as its senior vice president for public affairs, policy and member services. For the past four years, Smith served as chief of staff to the US Department of Education's acting deputy assistant secretary for policy, planning and innovation. Her prior experience includes service as president of the Education Finance Council.

HOLLYWOOD, FL—Jeremy Weinstein has been named vice president of marketing at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, responsible for marketing, promotions, customer relationship management, advertising and public relations. He joins from the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nev., where he served as director of slot marketing.
