NEW YORK—Hospitality industry veteran Tiffani Cailor has joined Bermuda Tourism Authority as director of public relations and content development after 18 years with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. Recently, Cailor was head of public relations at Four Seasons Hotel New York, and earlier held public relations director positions at Loews and Hyatt Hotels.

GLASTONBURY, CT—CÜR Media has hired Marcy Polanco as vice president of marketing, public relations and social media. Polanco will co-create the CÜR Music "voice" while managing and overseeing all strategy for digital, social media, publicity and marketing platforms. She has experience working with BET Networks, Nickelodeon and Edelman. In addition, the company has also tapped Byron Edwards as manager of marketing, public relations and social media, spearheading West Coast activations.

RARITAN, NJ—Ortho Clinical Diagnostics has named Kristie Bouryal as chief corporate brand and communications officer, reporting to chairman and chief executive officer Martin Madaus. Most recently, Bouryal was chief marketing and communications officer for Marsh, a global leader in insurance broking and risk management. Prior to Marsh, she held leadership roles with Nielsen, The Associated Press and ABC News.

AUSTIN, TX—Umbel, a leading customer data platform, has hired Lisa Pearson as chief marketing officer. She will be responsible for developing and deploying Umbel's global marketing strategy, reporting to CEO HO Maycotte. Pearson was recently the chief marketing officer for Bazaarvoice, where she led all aspects of the global marketing organization and was a key member of the team that took the company public in 2012.
