BETHESDA, MD—Marriott International has appointed Tricia Primrose (pictured) as global chief communications & public affairs officer. Primrose joins Marriott from Rational 360, a public relations firm where she has been a partner since 2013. In 2011, Primrose started her own public relations business, Impression Partners, which later merged with Rational 360. Earlier, she was the executive vice president, global communications and public affairs at AOL from 2007 to 2011. She also served as executive vice president at Robinson Lerer & Montgomery.

KANSAS CITY, MO—CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust has named Lesley Robertshaw as manager of investor relations. Robertshaw joins after three years as a member of the specialty finance team in the equity research division of Credit Suisse in New York.

LOUISVILLE, KY—Joe Arnold, political editor, reporter, anchor, and host of the weekly The Powers That Be program for WHAS11, has been named vice president of strategic communications for Kentucky Association of Electric Cooperatives. He will oversee corporate media relations for KAEC, including Kentucky Living magazine and will represent KAEC on local and state legislative concerns.
