BETHESDA, MD—Marriott International has appointed Tricia Primrose (pictured) as global chief communications & public affairs officer. Primrose joins Marriott from Rational 360, a public relations firm where she has been a partner since 2013. In 2011, Primrose started her own public relations business, Impression Partners, which later merged with Rational 360. Earlier, she was the executive vice president, global communications and public affairs at AOL from 2007 to 2011. She also served as executive vice president at Robinson Lerer & Montgomery.
