WASHINGTON, DC—The Human Rights Campaign, a civil rights organization for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender communities, has named Olivia Alair Dalton (pictured) as senior vice president for communications and marketing. She will work to highlight the organization’s fight for protections for LGBT people at the federal, state, and local level, and to improve the lives of all LGBT Americans. Dalton comes to HRC from SKDKnickerbocker, where she was a senior vice president and worked with the Respect for Marriage Coalition, which included HRC.

NEW YORK—Rod Manley has been named executive vice president, global communications, at Calvin Klein. He joins from his position as senior vice president, communications, at Giorgio Armani, where he worked since 2006. In his new role, Manley will oversee the public relations, celebrity services, special events and corporate communications teams, reporting to Melisa Goldie, chief marketing officer.
