WASHINGTON, DC—The Human Rights Campaign, a civil rights organization for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender communities, has named Olivia Alair Dalton (pictured) as senior vice president for communications and marketing. She will work to highlight the organization’s fight for protections for LGBT people at the federal, state, and local level, and to improve the lives of all LGBT Americans. Dalton comes to HRC from SKDKnickerbocker, where she was a senior vice president and worked with the Respect for Marriage Coalition, which included HRC.

NEW YORK—Rod Manley has been named executive vice president, global communications, at Calvin Klein. He joins from his position as senior vice president, communications, at Giorgio Armani, where he worked since 2006. In his new role, Manley will oversee the public relations, celebrity services, special events and corporate communications teams, reporting to Melisa Goldie, chief marketing officer.

LEXINGTON, MA—Inotek Pharmaceuticals, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of therapies for ocular diseases, has appointed Claudine Prowse as vice president, strategy and investor relations, responsible for corporate communications and investor relations, and interfacing with key external business and investor constituents. She previously held IR positions at Biogen and Human Genome Sciences.

BLOOMFIELD HILLS, MI—Horizon Global Corporation, a designer, manufacturer and distributor of towing and cargo management products, has appointed Maria Duey as vice president, investor relations and communications. Duey had been the vice president of investor relations and corporate communications at Masco Corporation since 2005.

NEW ORLEANS—Oncologix Tech, a medical holding company with operating units in advanced medical products and technologies, healthcare services, and medical products and technologies distribution, has appointed Nikole Jessie as director of marketing and public relations. Prior to joining Oncologix, Jessie was the firm administrator for Landmark Consulting, a project management consulting firm.

ST. PAUL, MN—Conservation group Pheasants Forever and its Quail Forever division have named Anthony Hauck as the director of public relations, responsible for media relations and managing website content and social media. Hauck has been with the group for nine years.
