LOS ANGELES—Nutrition company Herbalife has named Angela Arboleda to the newly created role of vice president, community engagement and health policy. Arboleda will work out of the company’s Washington, DC, office and will report to Amy Greene, vice president of government, corporate and investor relations, responsible for managing Herbalife's third-party relationships in minority communities. She was most recently senior policy advisor for Latino and Asian-American Affairs for the Office of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.).

She will oversee the development and execution of the corporate public relations strategy, including media relations and the company's relationship with its global press agencies. Oberstein joins The Leading Hotels of the World from The Ritz-Carlton, where she was most recently area director of public relations.
