CHESTERFIELD, MO—The US Farmers & Ranchers Alliance has named Kevin Aandahl as communications director. Aandahl was previously a public affairs officer for the US Navy, where he served multiple deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan. He also has worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield, the National Corn Growers Association and Dekalb.

LOS ANGELES—Jonathan Bing has been named senior vice president, corporate communications, at 21st Century Fox, focusing on the company’s Fox Networks Group division. He will oversee communications and media relations for Fox’s domestic and international cable channels, with the exception of Fox News and Fox Business Network. Bing joins Fox after leading his own PR firm, Bing Communications Group, and heading the Los Angeles office of Freud Communications.

KNOXVILLE, TN—Scripps Networks Interactive has named media and entertainment industry veteran Dylan Jones as executive vice president and chief communications officer. He previously was senior vice president of corporate communications. In his expanded role, Jones will have responsibility for the company’s public and media relations, investor relations, internal communications, creative services, customer service and event marketing functions. He joined Scripps Networks in August 2014 having previously led global communications and marketing for EMI Group.

WAYNE, PA—The Fluid Sealing Association has appointed Charli Matthews as its public relations manager, a newly created position.
