NEW YORK—Critical Mention, a leader in global broadcast intelligence solutions, has launched the Critical Archive, a historical search index of television closed-caption text that dates back to the company's launch in 2003. The service is designed to fill an information void for PR and corporate communications professionals.

“Public relations professionals will find this new initiative to be an invaluable asset for researching clients and their competitors current and archival media searches and other efforts,” says Bruce Bobbins, executive vice president of Dan Klores Communications in New York.

Critical Archive is available as an add-on service to subscribers of Critical Mention's real-time TV and radio search engine products, to subscribers and non-subscribers on a project basis and to the company's existing integration portal partners.
