DALLAS—San Antonio-based Cartel Creativo and Dallas-based m strategies (MSI) have entered into a strategic partnership that combines the advertising and brand marketing expertise of The Cartel and the public relations and media strategy expertise of MSI.
The Cartel currently works with m strategies on the Church's Chicken account, with the firms serving as agencies of record in advertising and public relations respectively. Drawing on that experience, the agencies will launch joint offerings, combining their expansive expertise in advertising and public relations for other brands. The Cartel's experience in interactive will support MSI's newest service offerings in social media relations and online editorial outreach, while the Cartel's experience in the Latino and multicultural markets will complement MSI's experience in the African-American and bi-cultural segments.
