Della Croce to Head Allison's New York Corporate Practice

Allison & Partners has added Matthew Della Croce to its senior leadership team as managing director of its corporate communications practice, based in New York. Della Croce joins Allison & Partners from MWW Group.

NEW YORK—Allison & Partners has added Matthew Della Croce to its senior leadership team as managing director of its corporate communications practice, based in New York. Della Croce joins Allison & Partners from MWW Group, where he served as senior vice president. He will draw on 20 years  of experience in executive positioning, reputation management, business, financial and trade media relations, investor relations, crisis/issues management and transaction communications to build the firm’s corporate practice.

 

Della Croce’s client experience includes DHL, NASDAQ, Sun Microsystems, Deloitte & Touche, Wells Fargo and BP. He has led communications around transactions including Cendant/Orbitz, DHL/Airborne, JP Morgan/Chase, CanWest/Hollinger, Prudential/American Skandia, and the UPS IPO.

 

Della Croce joined MWW Group from Phase IV Health & Performance Center, a California-based wellness/fitness start-up, where he was president. Prior to Phase IV, Della Croce served as executive vice president and director of corporate and U.S. financial communications for Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide. Earlier, he was vice president in the corporate communications group at Fleishman-Hillard, as well as a director of investor relations consulting for Thomson Financial and the director of European operations for Georgeson & Company.
