NEW YORK—LVM Group, a boutique public relations firm best known for its work in the real estate and professional services sectors, has been acquired by Nassau County-based digital advertising and marketing company Didit.

This acquisition enables Didit to expand its public relations presence to New York and penetrate new industry sectors, and will allow LVM Group to offer a broader array of services, the principals say.

Kevin Lee, chief executive officer of Didit, says:  “Public relations people are the storytellers, and we can support their efforts through various channels such as social media, content marketing, and SEO services in online marketing. This will ultimately benefit our combined clients with quality content that can be delivered and then live on to gain further traction in the digital landscape.”

Adds David Grant, founder and president of LVM: “Social media are an increasingly important component of public relations. We can now offer this service in greater depth.

Did-it.com, founded in 1996, has been a pioneer in search engine marketing and digital marketing and has been recognized as a fast-growing company by the Inc. 500 and Deloitte Technology Fast 500.
