Dix & Eaton Names Berick to Lead IR

Dix & Eaton has named Robert Berick, a managing director of the firm, to head its investor relations practice. Berick, who began his career in the New York office of Hill & Knowlton, later created and led IR and communication programs at Scott Technologies.

CLEVELAND—Dix & Eaton has named Robert Berick, a managing director of the firm, to head its investor relations practice. Berick, who began his career in the New York office of Hill & Knowlton, later created and led IR and communication programs while serving as director of corporate communications and investor relations at Scott Technologies (formerly Figgie International).

D&E’s investor relations team provides strategic counsel on a wide range of issues, including program planning and messaging, public disclosure, financial communications, investor targeting, perception studies, online investor relations, and transactions such as IPOs, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Berick joined Dix & Eaton in 2001 from Scott Technologies.
