CHICAGO—Dome Communications Group has named award-winning Hispanic marketing expert Etienne Hernández-Medina senior consultant and managing director of Concepto Public Relations, the agency’s national Hispanic marketing practice.

Prior to joining Dome, Hernández-Medina was senior vice president of publicity and corporate communications at Arenas Entertainment, the Latin division of Universal Pictures in Los Angeles. In addition to launching the entertainment industry’s first Latino film label, Hernández-Medina spearheaded publicity efforts on behalf of the company’s artist management division and developed marketing campaigns for movies including E.T., The Extra-Terrestrial, The Scorpion King, The Bourne Identity, and Blue Crush.
