NEW YORK—Euro RSCG Worldwide has named Owen Dougherty as chief communications officer. In this newly-created position, Dougherty will be responsible for developing and directing Euro RSCG Worldwide’ s global communications strategy, including all media relations and internal communications. He will also manage the agency’s outreach to the advertising, civic, and business communities.
