Dow Names Davis as New Public Affairs Cheif

The Dow Chemical Company has been named Matt Davis vice president of global public affairs. In his new role, Davis will oversee external and internal communications, media relations, corporate giving and citizenship and geographic and site public affairs.

MIDLAND, MI—The Dow Chemical Company has been named Matt Davis vice president of global public affairs. In his new role, Davis will oversee external and internal communications, media relations, corporate giving and citizenship and geographic and site public affairs, and executive communications for the company.

 

“Communication with all of our key stakeholders remains a priority for Dow,” said Dave Kepler, Dow executive vice president. “With his breadth and depth of public Affairs experience at Dow, Matt is the right person to lead in continuing to strengthen those relationships.”

 

Davis joined Dow in 1987 as a communications representative.  He has served in a number of roles in public affairs, including his most recent position as vice president of executive communications, government affairs and community relations.
