NEW YORK—Longtime public relations executive George Drucker, most recently chief marketing officer at RF Binder Partners, has joined Crenshaw Communications as president, West Coast, and partner. Drucker will head a newly opened Los Angeles office for Crenshaw.

He had spent the past 11 years at RF Binder Partners, but earlier spent two decades in a variety of leadership roles at Edelman Worldwide in Chicago, New York and Los Angeles. He also was a partner in the public relations subsidiary of Jordan McGrath Case & Taylor Advertising (now merged into Euro Havas RSCG).

“George and I worked together at Edelman, and we were a terrific team,” says CEO Dorothy Crenshaw, who cited Drucker’s “marketing savvy, creative flair, and talent for building business. With his hire, we will move beyond our New York City hub and grow our national client base.”

Prior to establishing her New York-based firm, Crenshaw was cofounder of Stanton Crenshaw Communications. She also was an executive vice president at GCI Group/Grey Advertising and a senior VP at Edelman in New York.
