Drummond Joins Allison to Lead D.C. Office

Daniel Drummond has joined Allison & Partners as general manager of its Washington, D.C. office. Formerly senior vice president at Powell Tate, Drummond will be responsible for the growth and direction of the firm’s Washington market.

WASHINGTON, D.C.—Daniel Drummond has joined Allison & Partners as general manager of its Washington, D.C. office. Formerly senior vice president at Powell Tate, Drummond will be responsible for the growth and direction of the firm’s Washington market while providing senior strategic counsel to clients such as 4-H, KPMG Corporate Finance, Practical Law Company and others.

 

During his time at Powell Tate, Drummond developed and led high-profile public affairs campaigns for the financial services, technology policy, transportation and infrastructure, defense and other industries, and created a state and local public affairs group, which led to the opening of an office in Richmond. Prior to joining Powell Tate, Drummond served as communications director for Congressman Jim Moran (D-Va.) and subsequently as campaign coordinator for Moran’s 2002 re-election.
