ATLANTA—Lee and Jenny Duffey, founders of Atlanta-based Duffey Communications, have sold the firm to the company’s existing management team.
“Entrepreneurialism is the nourishment and stimulant for our organization and a business approach that we practice as well as preach,” says Lee Duffey. “I can think of no better group of people capable of caretaking the company and growing in into the future than our existing management team of Sherri Fallin, Nichole Taylor and Arlene Large.”
Sherri Fallin, with 20-years of experience in public affairs, business marketing and public relations, will become CEO, driving business development and strategic planning services. Nichole Taylor, who has 13 years of consumer brand and multi-cultural marketing experience, will serve as president of the company and oversee all client relations and account service activities. Chief operating officer Arlene Large, rounds out the new leadership team and has 23 years of experience in human resources, finance and professional services operations.
Says Taylor, “Duffey’s model for servicing and cultivating client relationships has been the centerpiece of our success since 1984. Our priority is to seamlessly evolve our account service infrastructure, while safeguarding the passion-driven results delivered to our clients daily.”
Lee and Jenny Duffey will remain of counsel to the firm. In addition, says Lee, “we will begin to explore new stimulus, now that the company is under the watchful eye and capable hands of the new owners-people who have learned the secrets of success first-hand.”
