TROY, MI—Eisbrenner Public Relations has added Eisbrenner Message Coaching to its suite of public relations and marketing services. The practice helps clients clarify, organize and effectively communicate what’s important and unique about their organization and their offering.

The key message modeling process guides and challenges leaders to agree to what is truly important about their organization and then validate those unique values with fact. The outcome is a model for all communications, written and verbal. Media coaching then develops spokespersons to become good sources for the press, and presentation coaching prepares professionals in speech delivery, image consulting and leadership development.

“With every communication, an opportunity exists to impact perceptions. When communications are not consistent, clear and provocative, the opportunity is lost,” said Lauren Eisbrenner, executive vice president and chief operating officer. “Unlike branding, which generates awareness, unified messages repeated over time build understanding, reinforce value and bring out the personality and character of an organization, so often missed by common business rhetoric.”

Eisbrenner will partner with Bremer Communications and Entelead, Inc., to bring added breadth to the practice. Bremer Communications conducts Image Insight, an image development workshop, and provides executive image and speech consultation. Entelead provides programs and tools to increase productivity and effectiveness in the workplace through improved communications skills.
