New people at Hill+Knowlton Strategies and MHP ; new business for Four, Cirkle, Whiteoaks, dimoso, Boom!

LONDON—Hill+Knowlton Strategies UK has enhanced its energy and industrials team with the appointment of Michael Stott as a senior associate director. He joins H+K from Luther Pendragon and will work across a range of clients including Dong Energy.  Prior to agency life, Stott was senior public affairs manager for EDF Energy and spent five years working in politics for the former Energy
Minister Charles Hendry and as as a press officer for the Conservative Party.

LONDON—Air France KLM, Europe’s third largest airline group, has appointed Four bgb to handle both its traditional and digital PR in the UK and Ireland following a multi-phase, competitive pitch process.
Four bgb will be promoting the group’s UK regional credentials and profiling the long-haul worldwide network, as well as raising consumer awareness of both the group brand and individual brand PR for Air France and KLM.

LONDON—Slendertone, a leader in muscle toning and conditioning solutions, has handed its six figure UK consumer and social remit to Cirkle following a competitive pitch. Cirkle will also help drive global strategy and harness state-of-the-art technology to maximise impact of Slendertone’s next-generation innovation, to be unveiled in 2014.  

LONDON—MHP Communications has added Paul Naish, Nick Hoile and Anthony Houlden to its healthcare team. Naish joins as a director from Novo Nordisk, where he spent almost five years as a senior public affairs adviser in the company's global business division in Denmark. Hoile arrives as an account director from Advocate where he was a senior consultant. Houlden joins as a senior account manager from the National Autistic Society.

FARNHAM—Whiteoaks, the Surrey-based technology PR, social media and influencer relations consultancy, has been appointed by the International Association of Broadcast Manufacturers to represent the organisation globally. The firm will raise awareness of IABM’s offering, grow its membership, and enhance its model of member engagement.

LONDON—dimoso, an integrated PR and marketing agency specializing in digital, mobile and social, has been chosen by global performance-based mobile advertising specialist MobPartner to lead its communications strategy. dimoso will support MobPartner as it expands its presence in Europe, North America and China with a marketing and PR campaign designed to raise awareness of MobPartner's expertise, network and technology with global advertisers and publishers.

LONDON—International media and TV content production company Barcroft Media has appointed Boom! with a PR brief to build its corporate profile. Boom will raise corporate awareness in a global business-to-business brief.
