PARIS—Le Public Systeme Hopscotch, the 550-person communications group forged by the merger four years ago of Le Public Systeme and Hopscotch, has rebranded as Hopscotch Global PR Group. Hopscotch, the French public relations operation, becomes Hopscotch Paris, and the group’s events business, Le Public Systeme PCO, becomes Hopscotch Congres. Regional hubs will operate as Hopscotch Europe, Asia, Africa, and Americas.

LONDON—MHP Communications has appointed Jane Wilson and Lee Findell to its corporate affairs team. Wilson was previously chief executive of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and earlier held senior corporate communications roles including director of communications at Global Radio. Findell has worked in consultancies, most recently at Freud.

LONDON—Harris+Hoole, the 45-store strong artisan chain bringing direct trade coffee to the high street, has appointed Brands2Life as its retained consumer, social media and digital agency. Brands2Life is charged with creating a fully integrated communications program building on the chain’s recognition as the UK’s Best Coffee Chain at the European coffee awards. The team will report into Harris+Hoole CEO Nick Tolley, and will build consumer awareness of the brand, drive footfall in store and inspire online and offline advocacy through integrated consumer and digital campaigns.

CARDIFF—National communications agency Remarkable Group has launched a new office in Cardiff to meet growing demand for its services across Wales. The firm will offer services including public consultation and engagement in preparation for new planning legislation due out this year in the form of the Planning (Wales) Bill. Leading the Wales team is associate director Laura Wyatt, who has 10 years of industry experience.

LONDON—Chestertons Polo in the Park, one of London's leading outdoor events, has appointed Revolution Sports + Entertainment to market the event and build its profile in the consumer and lifestyle media, maintaining its position as the highlight to the start of the summer sporting and social calendar.
