New people in new roles at FTI, Hill+Knowlton; new business for Four, Firefly, W and 4PR; and a new business unit at Beattie.

DUBAI—FTI Consulting has appointed Cleopatra Kitti as a senior managing director advising on international corporate and public affairs focused on Europe, Middle East and Africa region. She joins from APCO Worldwide aand has served as advisor to the Republic of Cyprus on matters related to the European Union.

FRANKFURT—Hill+Knowlton Strategies has appointed Patrick Racky as board director and head of financial and professional services. Racky has 12 years of professional work experience in strategic communications consulting, public relations, and advertising, most recently with Fleishman-Hillard Germany, where he led the financial services practice as a director and member of the German senior management board.

DUBAI—Tourism Ireland has appointed Four Communications for a region-wide public relations program. Four will work with the tourism board responsible for marketing the island of Ireland overseas on positioning Ireland as a must-visit holiday destination for both local and expatriate residents in the GCC. Four will provide PR and press office support in Arabic and English, as well as identifying opportunities such as trade missions, key events and creative projects.

LONDON—Beattie Communications has launched second business specializing gender marketing.
The launch of Only Women comes a month after Beattie introduced Only Men, focused on the marketing of male brands. Only Women launches with a core team of eight and works with women's brands including Simple, Tena and the M&S fashion ranges.

LONDON—Firefly Communications has commenced work with the UK operations of ExactTarget, a leading global provider of cross-channel interactive marketing software-as-a-service solutions. As ExactTarget’s UK PR agency of record, Firefly is tasked with delivering expert PR counsel and UK media relations and content development.

LONDON—W Communications has been appointed by London Evening Standard as its retained agency, following work with The Independent and sister paper i. The agency will implement an on-going strategy to promote the paper’s high profile events and campaigns. W Communications will also work closely with the editorial team on its Get London Reading and Dispossessed Campaigns, as well as amplifying its content and exclusives across both the Evening Standard and ES Magazine.

CAIRO—4PR Agency is working with Al Nahar TV network, beginning with an “Appointment with the President” program, which hosted presidential candidates on daily basis, aired in partnerships with France 24 channel in three languages; Arabic, English and French.
