The collaboration will provide an assessment of the referendum through services ranging from qualitative research and monthly analyses to full strategic counsel and political engagement. In addition, the service will analyse the impact of a reformed EU and how either result will affect companies and their customers.

GENEVA—LifeSci Advisors, an investor relations and corporate communications firm focused on the life sciences sector, has appointed Chris Maggos as managing director, Europe, to spearhead the expansion of the company's services to European clients. Maggos is the founder of BioConfidant, a Geneva-based consulting firm that helped senior executives achieve their financing and partnering goals. He was previously with Addex Therapeutics as head of investor relations and communication.

HAMBURG—Cohn & Wolfe has won the Hamburg Elbphilharmonie account, which will be handled in partnership with Jung von Matt and will focus on the grand opening of Hamburg's new landmark and concert house. Cohn & Wolfe will oversee global PR planning across several key markets in Europe, North America and Asia.
LONDON—Firefly Communications has appointed Christian Sharp as senior account director. He joins from Threepipe where he led the B2B team, running a combination of PR, social and content-led campaigns for brands such as Oracle Primavera, MindLink and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Prior to Threepipe, Sharp worked at agencies including Spark, Waggener Edstrom and The Octopus Group.
