WASHINGTON, D.C.— MWW Group has added the Association of European Chambers of Commerce & Industry (EuroChambres) to its client roster. The firm will help develop and oversee a program designed to teach leaders of European chambers of commerce about the United States’ governing and commerce best practices.
MWW’s business development experts will create an agenda to include discussions on hot topics related to business between the EU and the United States such as energy, intellectual property, and Doha and the World Trade Organization; financial markets regulatory issues; and investment. Additionally, EU executives will learn about lobbying techniques from U.S. Chamber of Commerce representatives; exchange ideas with the key policy players affecting the EU–U.S. relationship; and discuss with the Department of Commerce, Export-Import Bank, Overseas Private Investment Corporation, Small Business Administration (SBA) and other U.S. government entities how best to expand and grow small and medium size businesses and how to assist them in trade and investment efforts.
The Association of European Chambers of Commerce and Industry represents over 19 million enterprises in Europe through 46 members (45 national associations of Chambers of Commerce & Industry and one Transnational Chamber Organization).
