LONDON—Graham Biggs, corporate communications director for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, will leave the company at the end of October to take up a new position as corporate communications director at BMW U.K. He succeeds Chris Willows, who is retiring after 23 years in the corporate communications department. Biggs joined Rolls-Royce in October 2002 as the company approached its re-launch in January 2003. He began his BMW Group career at Bracknell in 1998 as corporate communications manager and returns as corporate communications director with responsibility for the BMW, Mini and Motorrad brands.

BRUSSELS—Omnicom-owned EU public affairs firm GPlus Europe has recruited Richard Sterneberg, a specialist in international corporate affairs, issues management and training. Prior to joining GPlus, Sterneberg worked with APCO Europe, Weber Shandwick and most recently as senior consultant at akkanto (former European Communication Strategies). He also has public sector experience from working for the Council of the European Union.

LONDON—Victoria Wright has been appointed director at Resolute Communications, joining co-founders Paul Blackburn and Anna Korving on the healthcare public relations firm’s board.  Wright joined the company in 2006, taking a leadership role in London while the company expanded its offer in New York. She is responsible for the day to day direction of accounts including Shire, Astellas, Roche and BioMarin and is also heavily involved in business development for Resolute. Previously, Wright was business director at Hayward Medical and prior to that was business development director at TVF Communications.
