Evins Forges Partnership with Guerrilla Marketing Firm

Marketing communications specialist Evins Communications has formed a strategic partnership with IT Management Global, a boutique marketing and consulting firm.

NEW YORK—Marketing communications specialist Evins Communications has formed a strategic partnership with IT Management Global, a boutique marketing and consulting firm. ITMG, founded by Janet Mick in 1998, has moved into Evins’ offices, although the two firms “do not intend to combine their respective infrastructures, account personnel or clients,” according to a release.

The two firms, which have worked together on several projects in the past, have joined forces to service “both iconic and established brands as well as incubator and emerging brands. Evins has represented clients including Bergdorf Goodman, Courvoisier, JCPenney Direct, Joseph Abboud, Lancaster Group, Leica Camera, Maker’s Mark, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Swarovski, Tourneau and Vera Wang. ITMG, meanwhile, is know for guerilla marketing efforts.

According to Mathew Evins, chairman and chief executive officer of Evins, “Our partnership with ITMG will enable us to offer our clients supplementary guerilla marketing communications and public relations expertise that can play an instrumental role in breaking through the competitive brand and product clutter in the marketplace, in facilitating buzz marketing and in engendering consumer affinity.”
