BEIJING—FD has appointed Jack Zhang to establish a public affairs practice in the China market.  Zhang, a specialist in PRC government relations, will join FD as a vice president in the company’s Beijing office. He was previously with Manning Selvage & Lee, where he counseled international clients in China public affairs and media relations.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Zhang had a 10 year career with China Central Television, where he was one of the core members of the CCTV-9 premier business and flagship program, BizChina.
