FD Morgen-Walke Adds Two Key Executives

International investor relations firm FD Morgen-Walke has added of two senior executives, strengthening its capabilities in the corporate communications and life sciences arenas.

NEW YORK, July 30—International investor relations firm FD Morgen-Walke has added of two senior executives, strengthening its capabilities in the corporate communications and life sciences arenas.
 
Michael Bayer has joined the firm as senior vice president and director of corporate communications, formalizing the establishment of the firm’s corporate communications practice area. Bayer will be responsible for developing services that extend the firm’s core investor relations and financial media relations capabilities to include corporate and product positioning. He was previously group vice president and director of the technology practice at GCI Group.
 
In addition, Leslie Wolf-Creutzfeldt has joined the firm as senior vice president, life sciences, leading one of the firm’s largest and most established practice areas. She was previously a senior vice president in Thomson Financial’s fglobal consulting division.
 
According to FD Morgen-Walke chief executive Robert Jones, “Establishing a dedicated corporate communications practice is a priority for the firm.
