NEW YORK—FD, the strategic communications firm owned by FTI Consulting, has appointed four new managing directors in the Americas region.
Jeannine Dowling, now a managing director in the corporate communications practice, counsels multinational clients on a broad array of communications issues, with a specific focus on sustainability and regulatory issues. She joined FD in 2005.
Evan Goetz, also in the corporate communications practice, provides strategic counsel and media expertise to corporations on all facets of their communications initiatives. Evan joined FD in 1998 and also oversees the firm’s media relations and marketing programs for the Americas.
Olivia Pirovano, in the strategy consulting practice, leads the market intelligence research team and oversees research projects in the areas of capital market assessment, positioning, branding, change management and stakeholder communications. She joined FD in 2000.
And David Press, in the special situations practice, advises clients on financial and crisis communications matters including mergers & acquisitions, Chapter 11 filings, restructurings, proxy fights, litigation issues and IPOs. A lawyer and senior communications strategist, Press joined FD in 2006.
